Riverwood Resort offers all-inclusive golf packages for your destination getaway. All of our packages include unlimited golf on our 18 Championship holes, on-site fairway villa lodging, gourmet meals, great friendly service, and unforgettable memories. Our villa guests receive complimentary range and bowling passes and have priority over golf and meal times. Our full-service facility allows for you to enjoy your stay without worry. Located just 5 miles from Soaring Eagle Casino, CMU campus and downtown.

Villa Accommodations
Riverwood Resort offers eight deluxe villas over-looking our beautiful fairways.
Each villa features:
- Two bedrooms with two queen-size beds in each
- Two Bathrooms
- Full Kitchen equipped with appliances, cookware, and dishes
- Spacious living areas w/ fireplace and patio
- Complimentary wireless internet
Although the villas are designed for quad occupancy, double occupancy may be accepted - contact our reservations office for more details. If your group size exceeds the eight villas on-site, please contact the reservations office for alternate lodging options.
Terms & Conditions
All package prices listed are per person, per stay, based on quad occupancy. A lodging surcharge will be assessed for any villa space reserved but not occupied.
Midweek packages are Sunday – Thursday nights. Weekend packages are Friday –Saturday nights.
Villa Check-In at 4:00 pm daily; check-out at 11:00 am. Tee Times may be scheduled beginning at 12:00pm on the day of arrival.
$100 per person deposit required at time of reservation. Tee times may be requested when all persons in the group have paid their deposit.
Balance due 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
Full refund offered prior to 60-day deadline. Family emergencies, illness, and injuries are all unfortunate and unexpected circumstances that may affect your trip. While we hope to see you as scheduled, please be advised that in fairness to all of our guests and their extenuating circumstances, we have a strict policy on refunds. A credit voucher, less the lodging fee, will be issued for package cancellations within the 60-day deadline (unless the group finds a replacement). Vouchers may be applied to any golf package(s) throughout the remainder of the season. Credit vouchers are also fully transferrable to a person(s) of your choice.
